The Ladies Auxiliary
The Saint Columba's Ladies Auxiliary is the oldest parish society, with origins from the late 1890's. Throughout the decades of its’ existence, its’ service has evolved from care of the inside of the Church i.e. vestments, altar linens, decorations for Christmas and Easter, into an organization that currently provides service to our parish community through various spiritual, social and fundraising activities.
A key segment of our society that our organization provides is appreciation for all our military personnel who offer their services in support of our country. Our Auxiliary also sponsors a variety of fund-raising activities in support of our church and local community needs such as the Chester Foof Pantry as well as Catholic Charities. For some of our plans for the up-coming calendar year, please open the document below.
The Ladies Auxiliary meets on the second Wednesday of each month in Bishop Vaughn Hall immediately following the 6 pm Mass. All women of the parish are encouraged to join us for "faith and fellowship."
